The kitchen is fully stocked glassware and dishes, bakeware. Dishwasher was new and installed in 2023. The HVAC newer and was installed and duct work was rerouted in 2019. Guest cottages do not gutters, we installed ours in 2019. We replaced all windows in 2019. This cottage and it's amenities stand out from the rest! New owner must verify sq footage.
