Slip 119 comes with its own dock box. Water and electric is provided at the dock via the Marina HOA fee. It is the first slip so there is only one other boat beside you. Your boat can only be accessed via a security key/card gate at both the main entrance and one at the dock as well. Rest easy knowing your boat is under 24 hour video surveillance camera and not 1 but 2 locked gates. As an owner you have access to all amenities the community has to offer including pool, hot tub, showers, clubhouse, bar, tennis court and basketball court. Mariners Pointe has close proximity to shopping, restaurants, beaches and medical facilities. It has a very quiet laid back atmosphere under large moss covered oak trees. Far enough away from the ocean to have not suffered any damage from any hurricanes.
