Clean all dishes, pots, etc and put back in their place. A great way to have your place at the beach. This condo is located near great shopping and dinning places. This is a great place so you can own your place in paradise!!! The purchase must be paid for in cash as no one can mortgage the condo. There closing is done by an attorney and you do get a recorded certificate of ownership which is recorded in the count court house. The weeks last year began 12/23, 3/24,6/23,9/22. Starts on that Saturday and departs the following Saturday. Check in is at 4PM and departure is at 10AM.
