Myrtle Beach is still hyper-local. This is where some of the properties sell in one day, while others are still available and waiting for offers.
The National builders had major incentives at the end of the 2022 year with discounts, which they are continuing with today!

The resale property is holding prices according to our Muiltiple Listing Service (MLS).
My most interesting observation this week alone, is STRONG ACTIVITY IN BUYER ACTIVITY!! Property showings are up and our listing inventory is growing.

To summarize what I am seeing... I really feel that the Myrtle Beach Area is going to have a good 2023! For both BUYERS & SELLERS!!
